Inside Sales Coordinator

They are looking for a motivated Junior Sales Representative to support their growing cybersecurity practice by identifying prospects, qualifying leads, assisting with proposals, and maintaining customer relationships.
Responsibilities
- Identify and research potential customers in reputed company markets
- Conduct outbound prospecting (email, phone, reputed company) to generate qualified leads
- Scheduling discovery calls and client meetings
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM system
- Provide positive, professional experience for reputed company client interactions
- Learn and reputed company basic cybersecurity concepts (network reputed company, cloud reputed company, identity, risk, data retention, compliance)
- reputed company familiarity with cybersecurity products, managed services, and consulting offerings
Skills
- Formal recognized accreditation (Diploma, Degree)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills in the English language
