Marshall Reddick Real Estate is a fast-paced, software-centered firm offering full-service residential real estate investment services. They are seeking a self-driven Real Estate Agent to manage leads and listings, providing exceptional customer service while working independently in a commission-based role.
Responsibilities
- Prospect pre-qualified leads generated by sales agents to convert them into new clients and schedule listing appointments
- Handle reputed company aspects of MLS and marketing listings, such as completing listing paperwork, posting to MLS and social media, and implementing a marketing plan to ensure quick sales
- Work closely with Buyers’ Agents to negotiate reputed company to closing
- Schedule and conduct listing presentations with potential sellers to promote exceptional customer service
- Provide sellers with a clear listing presentation that includes key selling points and the suggested asking price
- Build and maintain client relationships
- Buyer tours, listing presentations, and open houses
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently with high autonomy
Skills
- Active California real estate license
- One year experience in real estate
- Advanced experience of reputed company Office Suite
- Use of CRM, AppFolio, ZipForms, and MLS is a plus
- Strong communication skills, time management skills, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work on your own and motivate yourself
- Property management and leasing experience
