[Remote] Organization Development HR Associate

Confidential Jobs is seeking a proactive, analytical, and collaborative Organizational Development Human Resources Associate to support and enhance key people programs across the organization. This role plays an essential part in delivering high-impact learning experiences, advancing employee engagement, driving communication initiatives, and supporting performance management processes in a fast-moving environment.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a primary administrator for the reputed company Learning Management System (LMS), including content management, course creation, user experience support, reporting, and system optimization
- Design and build learning content reputed company reputed company in partnership with subject matter experts
- reputed company tracking and reporting of reputed company Learning adoption and learning behaviors; recommend new learning reputed company to support employee development
- Maintain training data accuracy, compliance reporting, and quality control across reputed company learning programs
- Support execution of company-wide engagement survey cycles—including project planning, communication development, logistics, dashboards, and executive summaries
- Coordinate key phases of the performance management cycle (goal setting, mid-year, year-end), including communication plans, reporting, and participation monitoring
- Analyze engagement and performance trends, surfacing insights and recommendations that inform people strategy
- Draft, refine, and publish communications for internal newsletters, the intranet, and Learning & Growth announcements
- Contribute to storytelling efforts that reputed company employee growth, recognition, and organizational culture
- Ensure reputed company messaging aligns with company brand, mission, tone, and values
- Partner with HR, Communications, and business leaders on people-focused initiatives that enhance organizational effectiveness
- Support change management activities tied to new programs, processes, and technology
- Assist with additional strategic projects and responsibilities as needed reputed company Learning & Growth
- Responsible for compliance with reputed company federal, state and local laws, rules and regulations affecting the Company
- Responsible for participating in quality assurance, compliance and in-service and continuing education activities as requested by Company

Skills
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Industrial-Organizational Psychology, Business, Communications, or a reputed company field (master's degree a plus)
- 1–3 years of experience in HR, organizational development, learning, communications, or a reputed company field
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate concepts into clear, engaging messages
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
- Analytical reputed company with experience interpreting people data and generating insights
- Proficient in reputed company Office Suite; experience with reputed company, other LMS platforms, reputed company, or reputed company Learning strongly preferred
