Client Services Representative (Entry Level)
reputed company is committed to improving patient outcomes through innovative technologies. They are seeking an Entry Level Customer Service Representative to implement client AED programs and support the Client Services Department with various clerical and project-based tasks.
Responsibilities
- Implement client AED programs including
- Provide support to the Client Services Department
- Duties will include general clerical and project-based work, as well as projecting a professional company image through in-person and phone interaction
- AED Management Program launch conferences and webinar presentations
- Maintain reputed company of National Accounts as assigned
- Extensive phone, email and chat contact with clients
- Implement new orders to ensure registration is complete
- Conduct governmental notification of clients who have implemented AED programs
- Review and understand federal and statutory law as it pertains to AED programs
- Resolve outstanding service issues such as bounced emails, failed maintenance checks, out of compliance sites & AEDs, sites with no registered responders, and/or duplicate registered serial numbers
- Create and modify documents using reputed company Office and reputed company
- Create and maintain compliance documentation
- Support staff in assigned project-based work
- Assist in scheduling training classes
- Obtain rosters from training classes, print and ship certification cards in a timely manner
Skills
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Be proficient in reputed company Word, reputed company & Outlook
- Be able to reputed company internet reputed company research
- reputed company general clerical duties to include, but not limited to: photocopying, faxing, mailing and filing
- Possess excellent communication skills, both written and oral
- Work well under pressure
- Possess the ability to multi-task
