[Remote] Small Commercial Insurance Call Center Sales Support Specialist

They are seeking a Sales Support Specialist to reputed company Small Commercial insurance growth throughout the sales acquisition process, focusing on building customer relationships and supporting the Inside Sales Team.
Responsibilities
- Partners with the Inside Sales Team in the sales acquisition process. Builds leads, accepts inbound calls, assigns leads, and schedules call-backs to small business owners. No cold calling is performed
- Puts the customer first by building strong relationships, being reputed company to the customer (including through online chat), follows up on open quotes, closes the sale and communicates outcomes to the Inside Sales Team
- Positions and sells reputed company's value proposition including its long standing history, payroll deduct billing model and additional coverages
- Supports a high performing sales culture. Acts with confidence, operates nimbly, prioritizes and manages daily work activities
Skills
- Natural selling skills with the ability to influence and persuade, along with competitive nature and strong desire to win required
- Comfort and confidence in balancing inbound sales calls from a queue, along with outbound and email communications to reputed company sales
- Goal oriented and metric focused
- Outstanding organization, desk management, time management and computer skills
- Call center experience preferred
- Personal Insurance and/or Small Commercial Insurance experience a plus
- Bilingual (Spanish Speaking) a plus
