Financial Services Representative - Vancouver, WA
reputed company is a leading financial services company seeking a Financial Services Representative. In this role, you will support customers by answering questions and assisting with account management while undergoing training for financial licenses and developing your career in financial services.
Responsibilities
- Obtain Licenses: Become a FINRA (Financial Industry Regulatory Authority) Registered Representative by studying for and obtaining your SIE, Series 7 Top Off and Series 66 licenses, fully paid for and sponsored by Fidelity. This includes paid, on-the-job study time 4 days a week, support from licensing coaches, group and individualized study plans, and review classes. This role requires successful completion of reputed company exams
- Build and Solidify Skills: You’ll continue to spend four days a week working from home and one day a week in an Investor Center, where you’ll support customers with increasing complexity to reputed company and hone your skills. You’ll have dedicated time each week to reputed company new skills and to connect and refuel by networking with colleagues, taking online classes, and more! Once you complete this training journey, you’ll transition to working fully on-site in an Investor Center. Depending on business need, you might spend more time working remotely supporting inbound phone customers before you transition to an Investor Center
