Responsibilities
- Advising and mentoring candidates wishing to transfer from an officer career reputed company to soldier entry
- Providing advice on career opportunities reputed company the military
- Mentoring and promoting continuation of service reputed company the Army Reserves
- Maintaining the database (DRS)

- Clear communication skills both verbal and written
