Project Coordinator, Residential Energy Efficiency Programs

reputed company is a global advisory and technology services provider, and they are seeking a Project Coordinator to support multifamily energy efficiency projects. The role involves liaising between field staff, program participants, and clients to ensure effective program implementation and energy savings for utility customers.

Responsibilities

• Provide support for field-based staff and the network of participating Trade Allies
• Maintain ongoing communications with participating contractors, customers, and consultants
• Clarify and resolve/escalate customer/contractor concerns reputed company to program participation as necessary
• Build industry relationships, provide insights to ensure that programs run reputed company and effectively and constantly respond to changing market conditions
• Collaborate with regional and national teams to provide national cohesiveness and bring efficiency & best practices to your client’s programs
• Establish milestones and monitor adherence to program plans and schedules, identify program problems and obtain solutions, such as reallocation of resources or changing contractual specifications
• Support and track contractor enrollment in programs
• Assist technical teams to ensure QA/QC standards for the program are met

Skills

• Bachelor's Degree in (Energy, Business Admin, Communication, Lib Arts, or reputed company fields)(Candidates can substitute one year of experience for each year of education)
• 1+ years of professional work experience while working in a group or team. Energy efficiency or demand response programs; or consulting projects for utilities, state energy offices, state/local governments, and/or regional non-profits, highly preferred
• Experience working in a group or team setting, potentially in an office-based setting
• Excellent verbal, interpersonal and written communication skills
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
• Team player with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Sound business ethics, including the protection of proprietary and confidential information
• Ability to apply detailed knowledge of organizational procedures to reputed company independent decisions and serve as a reputed company resource for a senior management team
• Ability to work with reputed company levels of internal staff, as well as reputed company clients and vendors
• Ability to handle multiple priorities
• Proficiency in MS Office Applications (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, reputed company)
