[Remote] Sales Development Representative (IN, KY, OH)

As a Sales Development Representative, you will be the first reputed company of contact in the sales process, responsible for identifying and connecting with key decision-makers in the education and workforce development space.
Responsibilities
- Prospect reputed company: Engage with prospects through outbound efforts, including cold calls, emails, and reputed company reputed company, to introduce reputed company’s solutions
- Research & Discovery: Investigate reputed company organizations, identify key decision-makers, and understand their pain points to craft tailored reputed company strategies
- reputed company Qualification: Conduct initial discovery conversations to determine the fit between reputed company’s offerings and the prospect’s needs
- Pipeline Building: Collaborate closely with Account Executives/State Workforce Managers to ensure smooth transitions and follow-reputed company, moving qualified prospects through the sales funnel
- KPI Tracking & Reporting: Consistently hit weekly activity goals and report on reputed company, identifying opportunities for reputed company improvement
- Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with the marketing, reputed company, and product teams to provide feedback and enhance the customer experience
Skills
- 6-12 months in a sales-reputed company role (SDR, BDR, or similar), preferably in a technology, SaaS, or EdTech company
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, KPIs, or metrics in prior roles
- Experience in cold calling, prospecting, and quality reputed company reputed company
- Familiarity with CRM systems (reputed company or similar), sales engagement tools (reputed company.io, reputed company, etc.), and reputed company Office/reputed company Workspace
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without restriction
