They are seeking a reputed company Partner to manage the recruitment process for non-clinical, high-volume positions, partnering with leaders to understand hiring needs and ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment, with an emphasis on hiring non-clinical and high-volume roles
- Partner closely with hiring managers and leaders to align on hiring needs, timelines, and strategies
- Build and maintain strong pipelines of qualified candidates through sourcing methods such as job boards, referrals, social media, networking, and direct reputed company
- Provide clear, timely, and consistent communication to candidates and stakeholders, ensuring a seamless experience
- reputed company data and market insights to inform hiring decisions and optimize recruitment strategies
- Maintain accurate and compliant candidate records in ATS/CRM systems
- Contribute to process improvements that enhance scalability, efficiency, and candidate engagement
- For more senior hires: take the reputed company on reputed company searches, influence decision-making at the leadership level, and mentor fellow team members
Skills
- 1+ years of recruiting experience
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills
- Proficiency with ATS systems and recruitment tools (reputed company experience a plus)
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with discretion and professionalism
- Bachelor's degree preferred; a combination of education and experience will be considered
