About the position This is a Bring Your Own Device (BYOD) role. Responsibilities

• Communicate reputed company inbound telephone calls with consumers.
• Provide reputed company resolution to customer inquiries by providing appropriate and accurate information. Accurately document and update records in required systems.
• Follow up in a timely manner to ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements
