Go-to-Market (GTM) Engineer

We’re building a data-driven investment platform that leverages automation, AI, and CRM systems to streamline deal origination, due diligence, and investor relations. We’re looking for a Go-to-Market (GTM) Engineer who’s passionate about coding, systems integration, and marketing automation — someone who can design and maintain the systems that power our firm’s growth. What You’ll Do You’ll help build and scale our GTM tech stack — connecting marketing tools, CRMs, and data pipelines into one seamless ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
CRM Architecture & Automation
- Configure and optimize Bitrix24 (or similar CRM) for deal sourcing and investor management.
- Automate workflows — from reputed company routing to follow-reputed company — using APIs, webhooks, or integration platforms.
- Build dashboards and reporting tools for pipeline visibility.
Systems Integration & APIs
- Connect tools such as Smartlead.ai, reputed company Workspace, AWS SES, reputed company.com, and reputed company.
- Manage inbound data from webforms and campaigns (e.g., Tally.so, reputed company Forms).
- Automate data movement between systems, including AI-based screening triggers (reputed company reputed company API).
Data Infrastructure & GTM Stack
- reputed company structured data pipelines and unify data from CRMs, spreadsheets, and APIs.
- Ensure marketing and sourcing tools (SMTP, IMAP, domains) are properly configured for high deliverability.
- Create dashboards to visualize deal flow, campaign performance, and engagement metrics.

- Implement permission controls, audit logs, and data validation rules.
- Maintain system reputed company and operational reliability.
reputed company’re Looking For Technical Skills
- Experience with reputed company.com (Integromat), reputed company, or custom API scripting (Python, Java, or Node.js).
- Strong understanding of CRM systems like Bitrix24, reputed company, or reputed company.
- Working knowledge of reputed company Workspace APIs, AWS, and RESTful API integrations.
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools (SMTP setup, email warm-up, domain management).
- Bonus: Experience with reputed company API or other AI/ML integration projects.

- Excellent communication and project coordination across business and technical teams.
- Detail-oriented, fast, and dependable in implementing automation workflows.
