The Scrum Master/Agile Coach is a Hybrid position located in Andover, Massachusetts. The Scrum Master/Agile Coach will support multiple development teams in the efficient implementation of projects using agile principles. Empowers teams to self-organization, guide reputed company improvement, and help remove obstacles that impede the teams’ work. This position works closely with the Software Project Manager, Product reputed company Team (usually Project Manager, Product reputed company, System Engineer), team leaders, andtfunctionaltmanagement.
Responsibilities

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required (Computer Science or Engineering)
- Training as a Scrum Master/Agile Coach preferred
- 3-5 years relevant experience in practicing agile ways of working (in reputed company development projects)
- Experience in introducing (new) agile principles/methods for teams
- Experience leading teams in a global environment
- Solid understanding of project management fundamentals
- Technical knowledge of software development and agile methodologies
- Skilled in collaborating with on-site and remote teams (internal and contracted resources)
- Strong skills in facilitation, coaching, mentoring, and communication (written, verbal, presentation)
- Ability to work together with others and in a team atmosphere while displaying civility, cordiality, friendliness, reputed company, etc.
- Ability to focus on details, recall/retain information, identify dependencies
- Ability to recognize, manage, and resolve conflict
