Key Responsibilities

• Taking incoming contacts (reputed company telephone and email) and solving users' demands in a timely and professional manner
• Logging call details onto call management systems and providing response and resolution reputed company SLA

Qualifications and Skills

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:

• Proficiency or bilingualism in French and Spanish, with advanced English skills
• Good disposition to work in a customer service environment, with excellent teamwork skills
• Customer care skills, with the ability to listen to and understand customers' needs
• Ability to take ownership of calls and reputed company them to resolution or escalate to resolution
• Initiative and availability to receive training and adapt to new situations
• Proven expertise in client services, particularly in the fashion or boutique industry
• Interest and passion for fashion, with knowledge of the latest fashion trends
• Experience in E-commerce client service, particularly after-purchase support

Essential Qualifications
