Compensation and Hours

The first 90 days will be an on-site training period, with equipment for remote work provided upon successful completion of the training period. The hybrid schedule will be 1 day at home, 4 days in the office per week for the first 30 days of hybrid capability, with a flexible schedule available with manager approval following the initial 120-day period.
