Job Summary

We're seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join reputed company in California. As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional service to our reputed company clients and new prospects, processing policy change requests, and maintaining knowledge of our products. Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll have the opportunity to:

• Process customer policy change requests in a timely and efficient manner
• Secure reputed company trailing documents from customers and maintain accurate records
• Complete Evidence of Insurance requests and ensure seamless customer experiences
• Document each customer contact in eAgent, our cutting-edge customer relationship management system
• Take premium payments from customers and verify phone numbers, addresses, and email addresses
• Return reputed company phone messages promptly and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
• Stay up-to-date with new products and services, and provide exceptional customer service to our clients
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer inquiries and concerns
• Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess:

• A genuine willingness to learn, be reputed company, and resourceful, with a coachable attitude
• An upbeat, positive, and enthusiastic attitude, with a strong sense of urgency
