Job Summary

As a Technical Customer Support Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in providing exceptional technical and customer support to our clients. You'll be responsible for handling inbound calls and emails, troubleshooting issues, and delivering top-notch support in every interaction. Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional technical and customer support to clients reputed company phone and email

  • Troubleshoot issues and resolve problems in a timely and efficient manner
  • Follow specific guidelines and procedures while working independently
