Job Overview

As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in facilitating the production process of accurate documentation provided to our process servers teams. Your primary responsibilities will include reviewing and confirming work entered into our systems, solving issues, and escalating as needed. This is a full-time, remote position located in Puerto Rico, offering a unique opportunity to work with a dynamic team and contribute to our growth and success.

Key Responsibilities

* Review and file legal documents using internal systems and email

  • Participate in ongoing training to expand knowledge of industry and process
  • Investigate discrepancies as they arise
  • Complete additional projects as assigned
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless communication and workflow
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and documentation
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures, including data security and confidentiality protocols

Qualifications

* No experience necessary; data entry experience a plus

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Ability to perform repetitive tasks with accuracy
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Desire and ability to be a team player
  • Experience and basic proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Type 60 plus WPM
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced environment
