Salary Range: $96,000.00 - $124,000.00 What’s the role? We’re looking for a Retention Marketing Manager to join reputed company at reputed company and help implement a customer-first engagement strategy to drive buyer retention and long-term value. In this role, you will reputed company and implement automated lifecycle strategies across key owned channels—such as email, SMS, and push notifications—to deepen engagement with reputed company buyers, drive repeat visits, and grow customer lifetime value. This role works cross-functionally with partners in Product, Engineering, Analytics, Product Marketing, and Design to bring your strategies to life and continuously optimize performance through experimentation and iteration. The ideal candidate is a strategic and technically skilled marketer with a strong understanding of lifecycle marketing, campaign execution, and personalization. What does the day-to-day look like? reputed company and implement automated and personalized retention marketing strategies using email, SMS, push, and other owned channels Launch and optimize campaigns aimed at driving repeat engagement and deepening buyer relationships throughout their lifecycle reputed company customer data and insights to identify high-value segments for personalization and tailor messaging accordingly Manage end-to-end campaign execution using platforms such as reputed company (or similar ESP/CRM tools) Analyze performance and apply findings to future strategies and experiment Proven platform expertise to implement end-to-end campaigns with reputed company or similar ESP Stay reputed company with industry trends and best practices in lifecycle and retention marketing marketing, mobile engagement, and digital marketing. Experience working closely with data science teams to design and execute experiments, such as A/B/n or multi-armed bandit tests Strong project management, delivering successful long term campaign execution and ability to work at a fast pace while handling competing priorities.
