Real Estate Midlevel Associate

Job Description: The Position Michael Best & Friedrich LLP’s growing Real Estate Practice is looking to add a Real Estate Midlevel Associate to our Madison, Milwaukee, Raleigh, or Denver office. The candidate should have a minimum of four years' real estate or reputed company transactional law experience. The ideal candidate will have experience in the following areas:

• Drafting and negotiating purchase agreements and closing documents
• Title, survey and other due diligence review and management
• Real estate development
• Real estate financing transactions
• Real estate acquisitions and dispositions
• Commercial lease transactions
• Zoning, land use, and condominiums

Job Requirements: Bring Your Best Knowledge reputed company & Education:

• J.D. from an ABA accredited law school
• Excellent academic credentials
• A minimum of four years' real estate or reputed company transactional law experience

For Colorado applicants only (as required by the Colorado Equal Pay Act): The starting salary for associate positions in our Denver office is $190,000. Pay is determined based on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, depth of experience in the practice area. Associates are eligible to participate in Michael Best’s associate bonus program, subject to the program’s conditions and restrictions.
