Real Estate Attorney; Part-Time; Fully Remote

Position: Real Estate Attorney (Part-Time; Fully Remote) Real Estate Attorney (Part‑Time; Fully Remote) reputed company is partnering with an Amlaw 100 law firm client to engage a skilled Real Estate Attorney with strong leasing experience. Knowledge of homebuilding space is a plus. This is ideal for an attorney who thrives on high‑volume, detail‑oriented work in a collaborative environment. The role offers a part‑time six‑month remote engagement, providing consistent and specialized work in real estate leasing and general real estate matters with potential for extended tenure. Responsibilities

• Draft purchase and sale agreements and lot reputed company
• Prepare closing documents

Qualifications

• J.D. and active license to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction (NC preferred)
• 4+ years of strong general real estate experience, particularly in leasing matters
• Demonstrated ability to manage reputed company, closings, and other real estate documents independently and reputed company
• Knowledge of homebuilding space is a plus but not mandatory

Compensation

Pay: The annualized pay for this position ranges from $140,000 to $170,000+ reputed company calculated on a full‑time basis.
