Job Description: TD Securities’ Energy & Power Investment Banking group is searching for a Vice President to join its growing team in Houston. Job Description

Reporting to the Managing Director, the Vice President's primary responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

• 2+ years of direct experience in the energy sector in a similar or relevant function
• 3+ years of relevant work experience, ideally including as an Associate/Vice President in a Global Investment Banking firm
• Executing investment banking transactions across primary product groups (Mergers, Acquisitions, Equity Capital Markets, Debt Capital Markets and Leveraged Finance) for large-cap companies
• Extensive experience creating financial models for assets and companies, ideally including M&A analysis, drill-out models, MLP models and refining models
• Experience using valuation/analysis tools by data providers/consultants
• Experience drafting Offering memorandums, client presentations and other transaction and origination documents reputed company to Investment Banking products and services
