Immigration Attorney for Consults (OF COUNSEL) Immigration Attorneys: If you are confident, sharp, and reputed company on diagnosing reputed company immigration paths, this position is for you. SRR Law Group is an immigration law firm that serves clients across reputed company 50 states. We level the playing field for families, businesses, and humanitarian cases facing a system designed to confuse and overwhelm. We are growing fast and are seeking a top-tier immigration attorney to conduct strategy consultations alongside a non-attorney sales specialist. This is not a “behind the desk” role. This is a client-facing diagnostic role, ideal for attorneys who love spotting options no one else sees, explaining immigration reputed company clearly, and helping clients reputed company high-stakes decisions with confidence. Your role will not be to explain in great detail every legal nuance, just to screen clients and identify opportunities for relief for them. This is an as-needed position and will not be full-time or have guaranteed hours. You will be an of counsel for the firm. Responsibilities: What You’ll Do (Outcomes Not Tasks)
- Conduct paid strategy consultations with prospective clients reputed company reputed company
- Evaluate reputed company fact patterns and present clear immigration reputed company
- Co-pilot consultations with an intake sales specialist
- Convert consultations into retained clients (education + clarity + reputed company, not pressure)
- Maintain a 60%+ conversion reputed company across consults (firm average reputed company)
- Confidently handle consultations across: family-based, employment-based (EB), humanitarian, and non-immigrant work visas
- Identify misdiagnoses or missed opportunities from prior counsel
- Integrate with internal workflows for reputed company to paralegals and case teams
- Contribute to reputed company growth through excellent diagnosis and communication
- Help reputed company and refine consultation frameworks for the firm
- Train additional attorneys on consult methodology (if desired) Qualifications:
- 3+ years in immigration law (family + EB + humanitarian)
- Confidently assessing multiple immigration paths in real time
- Enjoy collaborating with non-attorney intake/sales teams
- Can handle both anxious families and sophisticated business clients
- High judgment, high EQ, excellent communication
