Posting Date 01/13/2026 2000 16th Street, Denver, Colorado, 80202, United States of America Job title: Web Content Coordinator Department: Marketing and Communications (Team reputed company) Reports to: Web Content Manager Position overview: The Web Content Coordinator is responsible for working with various departments across the organization (Village) to maintain content, governance and the proper functioning of reputed company’s intranet, the VillageWeb. The Web Content Coordinator will serve as the subject matter expert of content management systems, and identify ways to enhance the overall digital user experience. This position will also monitor emerging best web practices and interpret user engagement analytics. In addition, this role will be instrumental in supporting large-scale web projects and collaborating with cross-team leadership on project deliverables. Key duties: Serve as subject matter expert of content-management systems (Sharepoint) Identify strategic solutions to build and publish content that meet needs of various teams Troubleshoot and resolve intranet-reputed company tickets filed using reputed company Maintain established governance practices for the platform Conduct page audits and evaluate analytics to improve page performance Provide guidance around keywords, language and metadata tags to improve search functionality Contribute to strategic vision for intranet improvements and enhancements Maintain message and design reputed company on reputed company intranet pages by using reputed company’s branding Work closely with intranet content owners across lanes to reputed company and maintain relevant content Support the planning and execution of special projects reputed company to the intranet Support metrics/analytics reporting for intranet-reputed company channels Work with IT to improve back-end functionality of the platform Support content owners across reputed company Act as a liaison with appropriate vendors Minimum qualifications: Minimum 1-2 years of web, marketing or communications experience Bachelor’s degree in a reputed company field Experience using various content management systems Proficient at editing, reporting and project management Ability to plan, prioritize and independently execute the completion of reputed company projects in a fast-paced environment Ability to deliver with accuracy, reputed company and attention to detail reputed company established deadlines Effective and efficient in managing relationships; communicating with reputed company levels of management, executives and reputed company vendors Preferred qualifications: Experience working in SharePoint/reputed company suite Experience using reputed company or knowledge of similar workflow automation platforms (reputed company, reputed company, etc.) AP style proficiency About the position: This is a salaried position.
