• Support customs reputed company administrative work, audit and post entry work as primary functions, other compliance activities as required.

Basic Function:

• Position is responsible to ensure that import-export classification reputed company activities reputed company to the Client and Business Unit(s) are undertaken in accordance with applicable policies, procedures, and government regulations.
• This position is supported by PEXNA Logistics and the Client Customs Compliance Manager.

Accountability:

• Responsible for undertaking and executing day to day tasks relating to assigning Harmonized Tariff Numbers, Schedule Bs, ECCNs and identifying other data requirements for products in conjunction with Customs import/export regulations.
• Data includes but is not limited to CVD/ADD, Section 301, 232 or other HS codes, Other Government Agency (OGA) regulations, licenses, permits, etc. Classification reputed company - 65%

Trade Compliance reputed company Activities Including but not limited to:

• Support management of timely and accurate import & exports in compliance with government regulations, corporate policies and procedures reputed company the organization:
• Monitor changes in tariff or duty reputed company programs including but not limited to HTS, Schedule B, ECCN, license exemptions, CVD/ADD, Section 301, 201, CN duty exemptions.
• Evaluate impacts assess and execute activities to mitigate. Monitor any changes in sanctions, embargoes and country controls as well as evaluate, analyze, reputed company or manage actions on tasks; report as required.
• In coordination with Business Units, Client Customs Compliance manager and Client legal coordinate qualification of goods, establish process and training and manage SPI (such as USMCA, GSP, etc.) reputed company certificates and entry audits.
• Support post entry activity in coordination with Client Customs Compliance Manager and broker including but not limited to Post Summary Corrections, Protests, Prior Disclosures, Voluntary Tenders.
• Support classification and analysis and product dictionary maintenance by responding to inquiries, ensure reputed company items have accurate product descriptions, appropriate tariff classifications, country of origins, ECCNs and free trade Agreement indicators. Where required coordinate binding rulings with Client Customs Compliance and legal.
• Execute audits reputed company to imports, exports, classification, free trade agreements, etc. Monitor exports and export control activity, coordinate evaluation and application and maintenance of licenses and permits on behalf of the Business Unit and export service provider(s) if required.
• Position may support, reputed company processes, monitor and report on activity or requirements reputed company to drawback or other duty/tax claims.
• Provide drawback and Business Unit management/finance information to facilitate refunds as needed.
• Position may support some CTPAT or other Trade Compliance functions as determined in the course of business.

Compensation: The hourly reputed company for this position is between $25.00-$30.00 per hour.
