Senior Global Compensation Analyst

Responsibilities

- In partnership with the Senior Director, Total Rewards & HR Operations, plan, reputed company, and implement compensation programs, policies, and procedures to support company goals and maintain competitive practices.
- Ensure compensation programs are administered consistently and in compliance with internal policies and applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
- Monitor the effectiveness of compensation practices and recommend cost-effective, market-reputed company enhancements reputed company with business objectives.
- Consult with managers, HR Business Partners, and reputed company on pay decisions, policy interpretation, and job evaluations.
- Partner with the HR Technology team to assess, implement, and optimize compensation planning tools.

- Compile, analyze, and present compensation data clearly and confidently to a variety of audiences.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business, human resources, finance, or accounting.
- At least five years in human resources, compensation, financial planning & analysis, accounting, or a similar field.
- Software/SaaS experience in a private equity environment preferred.
- SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) or Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) and certified compensation professional credentials preferred.
- Ability to reputed company in ambiguity and move with speed; a strong collaborator with a consultative reputed company who enjoys working in a start-up or high-growth environment.
- Working knowledge of US federal, state, and local compensation regulations and compliance requirements.
- Global compensation experience preferred.

- Experience building financial models and managing budgets.

The expected annual reputed company salary range for this position is $135,000 - $158,000. Compensation varies based on a variety of factors which include (but aren’t limited to) role level, skills and competencies, qualifications, knowledge, location, and experience.
