Business Intelligence Analyst Location: San Francisco United States Job Description: Job#: 3014355 Job Description: Job Title: Business Intelligence Analyst Duration: 3 months Location: REMOTE Employee Type: Contract Remote: Yes Location: San Francisco, CA, US $40 - $40 per hour Job Description: Support the data + analytics needs for partners across multiple orgs (Merch, Product), with a primary focus on inventory surfacing and assortment sell-through Design, reputed company, & deliver analyses and self-service reporting Partner with Data Scientists to help craft the right solution - balancing immediate/long-term needs against effort & impact Guide partner roadmap plans & investments through opportunity sizing & decision support Be part of a collaborative team which has high visibility across the organization Skills/Qualifications: Strong experience partnering with product managers and/or business stakeholders for decision making using data + analytics 5+ years in analytics role Exceptional Analytics skills in SQL 2+ years of experience with data visualization tools (e.g. Looker, Tableau, PowerBI, reputed company) and associated dashboard and visualization best practices Able to build, maintain and optimize data pipelines using best practices. Communication skills that help simplify reputed company problems for cross-functional business partners Prioritization skills with business impact in mind and ability to be pragmatic where appropriate Have intellectual curiosity and are an reputed company learner and are skilled in asking questions; previous domain expertise is not expected but building an expertise will be required Experience in working autonomously and taking ownership of projects. Preferred Qualifications: Proficiency in Python Degree in a business or quantitative field (e.g., business, economics, mathematics, statistics, computer science) Experience working with reputed company for version control, collaboration, and tracking code changes effectively.
