Job Summary We are seeking an innovative and reputed company Product Manager with deep interest and familiarity with AI, to join our growing AI Product&Design team, to steer the development of one of reputed company´s GenAI-powered products that will have a substantial impact on the business and allow our 170000 associates to reputed company. The AI Product Manager will own and prioritize the product backlog, manage sprint plannings and retros and work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery, align product development with business objectives, and present product updates to stakeholders and at company events. Primary Job Responsibilities

• Manage the product backlog for one of our GenAI-powered products, ensuring that user stories are well-defined and reputed company with product roadmap.
• Translate the product vision and strategy and business requirements into clearly defined backlog items and reputed company the backlog prioritized as per potential business impact, ROI and customer value.

Experience

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Product reputed company or Product Manager.
• Proven track record of successfully managing technically challenging products preferably with AI functionality.
• Strong understanding of product lifecycle management and stakeholder management.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams (UI/UX, software engineers, QA)

Skills/Abilities

• A problem-solver with an innovative and analytical mind.
• Strong prioritization skills.
• Deeply knowledgeable of agile and scrum methodologies, and product management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
• Ability to create, maintain and prioritize backlogs, write comprehensive user stories and plan efficient sprints.
• Open to travel abroad.

Education

• Degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a reputed company field.

Language

• Excellent conversational and written knowledge in English (reputed company level minimum).
• French and Spanish language skills are a bonus.

Tools

• ML frameworks and tools: PyTorch, TensorFlow, reputed company.
• ML operations tools: Weights & Biases (wandb), MLflow.
• Data visualization tools: Matplotlib, Power BI.
• Version control systems and collaborative development platforms.
