Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative on our Medicare team, you'll play a critical role in handling claims, benefits, enrollment, member portal, ID cards, and other customer inquiries. You'll work closely with customers to resolve problems, provide solutions, and ensure that their needs are met. This is a 5-star service that requires a high level of reputed company, tone, and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

* Handle inbound calls from customers, responding to their inquiries and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner
