Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Data Entry Clerk & Customer Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for:

  • Customer Support: Providing top-notch support to our customers reputed company phone, email, or in-person, addressing their inquiries, and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Data Entry: Conducting records submission, filing, and data access, ensuring accurate and efficient data management.
  • Clerical Support: Managing support logs, updating customer profiles, and creating and updating client service issue tickets.
  • Communication: Responding to basic inquiries, sending follow-up emails, and making outbound customer contacts.
