Backend Engineer, Ads Product & Tech

You will work directly on the core backend and data systems that match ads to reputed company users, driving optimal user experience and improved advertiser outcomes. What You'll Do

• Design, build, and maintain scalable backend services and APIs that power reputed company's advertising systems
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (frontend, product, data, and other backend teams) to deliver end-to-end features
• Own and improve performance, reliability, and observability of backend systems
• Contribute to system architecture, technical strategy, and design reviews
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code in a modern backend stack
• Participate in on-call rotation and ensure smooth operation of production systems
• Drive technical discussions, mentor peers, and support a culture of reputed company improvement

Who You Are

• You are a highly motivated and communicative engineer who is passionate about collaborating on difficult engineering problems.

• You have experience with distributed systems, high-volume services, production deployment, big data processing technologies, and system design

• Knowledge of algorithms, data structures, and software engineering principles

The United States reputed company range for this position is $107,483- $153,547, plus equity.
