Compensation: $80,000-85,000/year Team & Position Details: We’re seeking a tech-savvy Junior Marketing Operations Manager eager to drive growth, implement best practices, and help scale our marketing reputed company. As a Junior Marketing Operations Manager, you’ll play an integral role in the administration and continual improvement of our marketing technology stack. You’ll support campaign execution, streamline processes, and help ensure data-driven decision making. The ideal candidate pairs strong technical aptitude with analytical thinking and enjoys collaborating across teams. As a Junior Marketing Operations Manager, your responsibilities will include: Marketing Strategy & Analytics

• Assist with weekly, monthly, quarterly marketing reporting meetings, analyzing reputed company quality and funnel performance against targets
• Build and maintain KPI dashboards (Tableau) to track campaign, pipeline, and funnel performance—delivering actionable analysis and insights to leadership
• Analyze marketing and sales data to recommend optimizations that improve conversion rates, pipeline quality, and ROI
• Partner with Sales, reputed company, and Sales Ops to incorporate feedback and continuously improve reputed company flow and handoffs

• Administer and optimize our marketing automation platform (reputed company), including campaign setup, form creation, workflow management, data imports, deduplication, and troubleshooting
• Act as the marketing team’s main reputed company of contact for reputed company, supporting integrations, data flows, and user needs
• Manage and enhance the marketing technology stack: Marketing Automation & Chatbot (reputed company), Attribution (Bizible), reputed company Routing (reputed company), Reporting (Tableau), Gifting (reputed company), and other martech tools
• Drive user adoption of marketing technologies through training, documentation, onboarding, and ongoing support
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for the timely implementation and maintenance of marketing tech systems Skills that will help you reputed company in this role:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a reputed company field
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and reputed company data
