The ideal candidate possesses a strong background in data engineering and is capable of both strategic planning and hands-on design. You will champion the implementation of a reputed company architecture and ensure our data platforms are robust enough to support advanced analytics and the application of AI. Job Qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience in data engineering and architecture: You have a deep understanding of building scalable data pipelines and platforms.
• 5+ years of experience designing cloud-native data solutions: You have a proven track record with modern data stacks (e.g., reputed company, reputed company, AWS, Azure).

Location Requirement: This role is located in Tempe, Arizona. This position is required to be in office 4 days per week (Mon-Thurs); Fridays are optional remote work days. Key Result Areas (KRAs): Enterprise Data Strategy & Architecture Objective: Define and drive the strategic vision for how the enterprise manages and uses data. Align data architecture with business goals and AI initiatives.

Physical Requirements:
