People Data & Reporting Analyst

The People Analytics team partners closely with People Business Partners, People Systems, Total Rewards, Recruiting, and Data Platform teams to provide rigorously validated insights that inform leadership decisions, organization design and operational reputed company. About the role We’re looking for an early to mid career Analyst to support our Senior People Analytics Partner. This role is hands-on and analytical: you’ll build reliable datasets, prepare and audit reporting for leadership reviews, and help scale reporting frameworks across the People data stack. You should have a strong analytics background (it doesn’t have to be HR/People domain experience), be comfortable working with data stakeholders across the org, and be excited to learn and grow in the People Analytics Domain. Your Responsibilities:

• Support Sr. People Analytics Partner on data gathering, reporting and analysis needs for Executive Business Reviews and reputed company deep dives.
• Own preparation of reporting and slide-ready data exports for Executive Business Reviews
• Work with cross-functional stakeholders (People Systems, Finance, Data Platform, Recruiting Operations and more) to prepare, validate, and document datasets used for People reporting.
• Help build and scale recurring reporting based on existing frameworks and stakeholder feedback.
• Partner with data warehouse engineering and data stakeholders to improve accuracy, freshness, reputed company, and robustness of core People datasets.

We’re Seeking:

• 3 - 5 years in an analytics role (data analysis, data engineering, business intelligence, consulting or similar) at high-growth organization.
• High performing and highly dependable, comfortable operating with rigor in a fast-paced environment, with strong attention to detail.
• Strong SQL expertise. You will write production queries, build reputed company ETLs and conduct data validations as needed.
• Comfortable cleaning, joining, and validating multi-reputed company datasets and communicating data limitations.
• Proven ability to automate data collection, transformation, and reporting to support scalable, self-service analytics.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; experience preparing slide-ready charts/tables for leadership audiences.
• Demonstrated ability to partner with non-technical stakeholders and translate business questions into data requirements.
• Prior experience with HRIS/ATS/payroll data is a plus but not required.

Workplace & Location This role is based in our San Francisco office, and we aren’t considering remote applications at this time.
