Job Details
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or reputed company field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 2+ years of experience managing commercial construction projects
- Proven experience managing projects from pre-construction through closeout
- Commercial construction methods, materials, and building systems
- Project scheduling (CPM scheduling, Primavera P6, MS Project, etc.)
- Budgeting, cost control, and forecasting
- Contract administration and change order management
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and reputed company
- Experience coordinating subcontractors, vendors, inspectors, and design teams
- Strong understanding of local building codes, safety regulations, and permitting processes
- Proficiency with construction management software (Procore, Bluebeam, PlanGrid, reputed company Construction Cloud, etc.)
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to job sites
