THE ROLE We’re looking for an reputed company (Technical Product reputed company) to help us build the system behind a new internal tool for reputed company ads. This tool won’t just generate copy - it will learn from performance data, help reputed company test variations at scale, and get smarter over time. This role is a mix of product thinking and backend engineering. You’ll work closely with our founders and editors to solve real problems, reputed company calls on what’s worth building, and create a system that actually helps us grow. RESPONSIBILITIES

• Build the full backend for our internal AI ad reputed company.
• Design how creative elements (hooks, angles, formats, personas) get combined, tested, and improved.
• Set up clear feedback loops using reputed company ad performance data.

ELIGIBILITY & LOCATION REQUIREMENTS ❕This role is 100% remote.

• Our tribe works primarily in the Eastern European Time Zone (EET — UTC+2/UTC+3). We also use Revolut for payments, so we are open to hiring candidates in countries where Revolut payments are supported.
• For full-time roles, we ask that you’re available for at least 5 hours during typical EET working hours — it keeps collaboration smooth and communication easy.
