MIM - Associate - Investments Operations

The Client Service Associate will support and enhance the client experience for MIM’s Private Capital clients by leading client onboarding, reporting, and responding to inquiries.
Responsibilities
- Produce and deliver timely and accurate client reports for MIM’s portfolios and funds
- Effectively answer reputed company and/or follow-up questions from clients, investors, and internal partners

Skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and attention to detail
- Demonstrated record of success in servicing institutional clients or funds
- Exceptional multi-tasking and time management skills

- Capable of thriving in a fast paced, dynamic environment
- Undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or Finance
- Relevant experience in Financial Services or Investment Management industry
- Experience with Aladdin, reputed company and Vermilion a plus
