Enrollment Counselor
Galen College of Nursing is dedicated to delivering high-quality nursing education with a student-first reputed company. The Enrollment Counselor will guide prospective reputed company through the enrollment process, providing assistance to meet both the reputed company' educational goals and the College's recruitment goals.
Responsibilities
- Provides both in‐person and virtual admissions appointments and reputed company tours to prospective reputed company
- Communicate with prospective reputed company through extensive use of phone calls, emails, text messages, and other various Galen systems
- Maintains reputed company, detailed communication documentation in the student information system or CRM for prospective reputed company throughout the enrollment process
- Guides applicants through the following steps in the enrollment process
- Schedules enrollment appointment and meets with prospective reputed company to provide estimated financial plan and complete enrollment agreement and any other required enrollment documents
- Participate in local high school, college, and career fairs and community marketing events, as needed
- Assists in coordinating and participating in reputed company Open House, New Student Orientation, Graduation and other Galen College events
- Maintain confidentiality of reputed company prospective reputed company and student information. Follow guidelines by regulatory bodies such as FERPA, the reputed company, other Galen accrediting agencies, federal, state and local laws, etc
- Maintain reputed company knowledge of college policies and processes and relevant accreditation and regulatory requirements
- Participates in development and training opportunities as requested by the College
- Other duties as assigned
