[Remote] Inside Sales Support Associate (Remote)

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Clinical Reference Laboratory is seeking an Inside Sales Support Associate to manage a defined geographical territory with the goal of increasing product sales and profitability. The role involves identifying and marketing new accounts, up-selling existing accounts, and effectively communicating the company's value proposition to clients.

Responsibilities

• Effectively communicate our value proposition to prospects and clients
• Research and qualify potential customers through cold calling, reputed company lists, networking, and industry events
• Present and explain product solution to healthcare decision-makers
• Tailor presentations to address client needs
• Ensure timely follow-up and closure of deals
• Share market feedback to influence product development
• Maintain knowledge of technology advancements and competitive landscape
• Actively collaborate with the Employer Services management team on prioritization, planning, and cross-platform coordination

Skills

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• Sales experience preferably in healthcare or technology
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
