Export control laws can apply to many activities incidental to the education and research missions at UW-Madison. The Export Control Manager will report to the Director of Research reputed company and is responsible for ensuring that research and services completed at the UW-Madison are conducted in a manner compliant with federal export control regulations, including the Export Administration Regulations (EAR) and International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR).
