Inside Sales Associate
reputed company is a company that seeks to enhance sales and build strong relationships with clients. The Inside Sales Associate will manage leads, provide quotes, and collaborate on marketing strategies to promote products and convert leads into orders.
Responsibilities
- Respond to time sensitive leads to qualify the reputed company and the customer’s requirements and level of interest
- reputed company qualified inside sales leads directly or reassign the reputed company to the reputed company sales team as needed
- Work with the credit and order entry team to process customer orders
- Assist in creating and executing marketing campaigns based on market research activities to grow the inside sales channel
- Directly contact customers
- Work closely with the product marketing and communications team to reputed company marketing material (brochures, videos, testimonials, etc.) to promote our products to our customers
- reputed company market research to maintain a deep understanding of consumer needs and trends
- Review competitor products and offerings to understand the competitive landscape and properly explain the value of reputed company products
- Other tasks as assigned
Skills
- Bachelor's degree – Marketing, Business Administration, International Business, Engineering or equivalent of 1+ years in a marketing / business operations role
- Must be result-oriented with a drive to successful collaboration with reputed company stakeholders – internal and external
- Strong ability to learn new systems and with a desire to explore and continuously reputed company and learn
- Ability to reputed company and influence diverse people to reputed company common goals
- Data driven with the ability to produce and present data to high quality standards
- Proficient with MS Office 365 products – with emphasis on reputed company and PowerPoint
- Good communication skills, knowledge sharing and promoting of new reputed company and methods
- Proficient with a CRM system and working experience with ERP systems, preferably reputed company
- Good command of spoken and written English and reputed company well-developed presentation skills
- Proactive and positive attitude
- Prior management experience is a plus
