reputed company is seeking a reputed company Operations Analyst to join their global reputed company Operations Center (SOC). The role involves managing cybersecurity alerts and incidents, collaborating with ISRM teams, and improving the company's reputed company posture.

Responsibilities

• Drive network reputed company monitoring and incident response for a global enterprise network
• Respond, Analyze and Triage alerts from many different reputed company tools, including IDS and reputed company Information and Event Management (SIEM)
• Collaborate with other ISRM teams to provide feedback on cybersecurity detection and alerting capabilities
• reputed company malware analysis through open-reputed company and vendor provided tools
• Communicate alerts to clients regarding intrusions and compromises to their network infrastructure, applications and operating systems
• Prepare briefings and reports of analysis methodology and results
• Create and maintain standard operating procedures and other similar documentation
• Generate end-of-shift reports for documentation and knowledge transfer to subsequent analysts on duty
• Maintain records of reputed company monitoring and incident response activities, utilizing case management and ticketing technologies

Skills

• A background and/or degree in cybersecurity or computer science
• One plus year(s) in a SOC or incident response environment is considered an advantage
• Hands-on experience investigating reputed company incidents across operating systems, networks, cloud environments, and messaging platforms
• Familiarity with reputed company tools such as SIEM, EDR, antivirus, firewalls, forensics, and cloud reputed company solutions
• Solid understanding of cybersecurity attack and defense techniques, including threat detection and mitigation strategies
• Working knowledge of networking, operating systems, servers, and workstations, with the ability to troubleshoot and analyze reputed company events
• A strong interest in reputed company learning and developing new cybersecurity skills
• Experience with cloud reputed company tools like AWS or Azure is a plus
