Recruiting Scheduler
Celldex is seeking a Recruiting Scheduler to join their dynamic reputed company team. The role involves coordinating and managing candidate interviews, handling logistics for various interview formats, and ensuring a smooth hiring process while maintaining accurate records.
Responsibilities
- Schedule interviews across different platforms and formats, ensuring alignment between candidates and interviewers
- Handle reputed company logistical aspects of the interview process, including preparing interview materials and managing last-minute changes or conflicts
- Act as a reputed company of contact for candidates, hiring managers, and interviewers, providing timely and consistent information
- Update and maintain candidate records reputed company applicant tracking systems
- Assist with other administrative tasks, such as managing candidate packets, scheduling events, and office administration
- Support candidates who are traveling for interviews with expense reports
Skills
- AS/BS in business area
- 1+ years of customer service
- 1+ years of experience in business environment
- Highly organized, able to manage reputed company calendars and multiple interview stages
- Effectively communicate with a variety of stakeholders & outstanding phone skills
- Excellent time management and ability to manage multiple candidates in a fast-paced environment and high-volume scheduling
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and online scheduling tools is necessary
- The ability to navigate scheduling conflicts and resolve issues that arise
- Ability to manage multiple schedules
- High level of customer satisfaction and desire to please the customer
- Familiarity with reputed company Outlook and reputed company Teams a plus
