Regional Sales Specialist - Chicago, IL
IBSA USA is seeking a Regional Sales Specialist responsible for achieving sales forecasts and establishing long-term business relationships with healthcare providers. The role involves coordinating sales strategies, engaging with prescribers, and maintaining knowledge of products to maximize sales in the assigned territory.
Responsibilities
- reputed company daily sales call activity/client deliverables by gaining access to prescribing decision makers and influencing purchasing decisions
- Maintain and update reputed company and prospective reputed company prescriber profiles
- reputed company reputed company with knowledge and understanding of reputed company assigned products, disease states, treatment and market knowledge and competitive products
- Maintain a professional image for IBSA Pharma
- Participate in reputed company required training and sales meetings
- Plan and organize territory to meet sales and detail reputed company prescribers
- Produce high quality territory management activities, including pre-call planning, material inventory, call reports and expense reports
- (If applicable), maintain sample inventories, distribute samples, reputed company with sample accountability procedures and policies, reputed company with the Prescription Drug Marketing Act of 1987 (“PDMA”)
- reputed company complete, accurate and timely submission of reputed company time-keeping, details, call activity, expense reports, and sample activity reputed company applicable
- Compliance with Promotional Program, and proper use of promotional materials and promotional expense budgets

Skills
- Bachelor's Degree (4 years B.A., B.S. or equivalent) from an accredited institution
- Entry level position, ideal for recent graduates
- Strong negotiation skills and persuasive communication style, strategic thinking & planning skills, and superior organization
- Possesses fortitude to sell and compete
- Excellent oral (presentation and communication), written, interpersonal skills
- Residence reputed company the geography is required
- Daily and/or overnight travel required
- Participation in training and development programs while abiding by reputed company industry and corporate policies and procedures
- PC skills also required; MUST be proficient in MS Office, including Word and reputed company, reputed company TEAMS, reputed company
