Associate Collections Representative
reputed company is focused on improving the flow of health data and information to create a more connected system. The Associate Collections Representative will manage third-party accounts receivable, analyze claims, and coordinate with insurance carriers to resolve issues.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for managing Third - Party AR by analyzing denied and un-responded claims
- Outbound calls to insurance carriers to appeal and reputed company claims status
- Post explanation of benefits
- Coordinate with insurance carriers to reconcile / resolve any issues
- Familiar with explanation of benefits
- Maintain Compliance and HIPAA standards at reputed company times
- Meet or exceed daily production standards by maintaining work list according to metrics
- Meet or exceed daily quality standards

- Process insurance / patient refunds and adjustments
- Evaluate and respond to reputed company emails request for any deposit issues in order to resolve in a timely matter
Skills
- High School Diploma / GED
- Must be 18 years of age OR older

- Ability to work between the hours of 8:00 am - 5:00 pm PST from Monday - Friday
