As a Financial Analyst for Brand Finance, you will support the Snacks business unit by providing financial insights, analyzing product launch feasibility, and guiding brand strategies to strengthen the business model and achieve operational targets.

Responsibilities

  • Apply financial acumen and technical understanding to provide insights on portfolio profitability, and brands P&L drivers
  • Analyze new product launch financials and feasibility and present to various levels of the organization including senior leadership
  • Conduct financial and business analysis to generate insights that influence cross-functional decision-making and shareholder value
  • Leverage data and information systems to forecast performance and articulate key drivers of change
  • Lead monthly Business Unit Monthly Business Review (BU MBR) Process, including content preparation that enables quick decision making and actionable next steps

Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or any related field
  • 0 - 3 years of related experience
  • Highly motivated self-starter with demonstrated ability to deliver strong results through partnership
  • High learning agility and ability to adapt and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
  • Ability to synthesize data and provide accurate, meaningful analysis to influence business decisions
  • Intellectual curiosity and strong desire to learn
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office, most notably Excel
  • Prior experience in CPG or in Commercial Finance roles
  • Working knowledge of ERP Systems (SAP)
