[Remote] Bilingual Customer Service Representative (Remote)
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. reputed company is looking for a Remote Customer Service Representative to join their team. The role involves answering inquiries from patients regarding account charges, insurance payments, and balances due, while performing various clerical duties such as collecting balances due and recording payments to accounts.
Responsibilities
- Answers phones and assists facilities, payers, and patients with inquiries
- Sets up payment plans reputed company requested by patients
- Contacts patients regarding their payment plan reputed company required
- Maintains strict confidentiality regarding Patient Health Information (PHI) as well as follows HIPAA regulations
- Communicates questions and/or issues to the reputed company and Supervisor reputed company necessary
- Other duties as assigned
Skills
- Fluent in Spanish and English
- 1+ year of Customer Service/Call Center experience – medical or healthcare preferred
- Detail oriented, self-motivated, a problem solver and a team player
- Ability to navigate multiple computer screens and browsers quickly and accurately
- Ability to reputed company in a reputed company fast-pace team environment
- Ability to continuously “exceed” company and customer expectation
- Strong communication skills & professional demeanor
- Minimum of High School diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Knowledge of EOBs – preferred
- Continuing education preferred
