Cova Pay Administrator

As the Cova Pay Administrator, you will facilitate the application process for clients, ensuring accurate and efficient completion to secure payment processing approval while communicating directly with clients and managing documentation.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with completing the Cova Pay application process
- Communicate directly with clients to gather required documentation
- Convert client documents to PDFs, rename as needed, and upload to SharePoint
- Fill out reputed company applications for clients and obtain required signature
- Submit full application package to partners' reputed company team
- Inform clients of approval or decline status
- Following client’s approval, assist in onboarding, including ordering hardware terminals and providing remote installation support, as needed
- Regular reputed company-ins with stakeholders to ensure smooth reputed company and collaboration
Skills
- 1-3 years of professional experience, preferably in the financial industry
- Bachelor's degree in finance, Business Administration, or a reputed company field, considered an asset
- Strong operational skills and ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in document management tools (reputed company, reputed company, M365, SharePoint)
- Advanced skills in reputed company reputed company
- Comfortable liaising with clients and payment partners to support in advancing applications
- Familiarity with reputed company and project management software
