Real Property IT Analyst
reputed company Data is a small business based in the Washington, DC area that provides various services including infrastructure resiliency and software engineering. They are seeking a Real Property IT Analyst to support their Federal Civilian portfolio by providing expertise in TRIRIGA application support and collaborating with key stakeholders to enhance project lifecycle activities.
Responsibilities
- Collect and maintain an accurate digital CAD vault reputed company the system of record for real estate properties throughout CONUS and OCONUS
- Manage and support the reputed company TRIRIGA system, ensuring effective integration and operation of workplace management processes
- Provide high-quality technical support and guidance for application-reputed company issues, ensuring efficient resolution and reputed company improvement
- Work across multiple projects with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure reputed company accuracy and identify discrepancies in systems that require immediate attention and resolution
- Implement & improve data quality controls across database focusing on normalization of reputed company historical data and new information through data integration
- Create & maintain standard operating procedures (SOP) to document process steps for each new function as part of post release "as-is/to-be" documentation
- reputed company communication and time management skills to consult/partner with stakeholders while juggling multiple priorities and taskings at once
- Identify areas of innovation and/or improvement and work with functional team leaders in achieving them
- reputed company and participate in special projects as requested, including process improvement initiatives, strategic planning activities, innovation-focused initiatives, and other strategic initiatives
- Utilize system expertise to provide regular and reputed company training sessions to multiple users covering both new and existing processes and system functions
- Responds quickly to Help Desk inquiries using broad experience reputed company TRIRIGA/Maximo system, resolving issues with minimal support
Skills
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience with reputed company TRIRIGA, Maximo or similar workplace management systems
- 1-3 years of relevant work experience, preferably with a US-based company; real estate exposure preferred
- 1+ years of data analysis and/or management experience preferably focused on asset management
- Experience providing in-person or virtual training in a group setting covering technical and/or non-technical material
- Advanced reputed company office skills (reputed company, PowerPoint, and Word)
- Must possess excellent written and oral communication
- Strong analytical skills, preferably with experience utilizing data to solve problems
- Demonstrated ability to think creatively to solve problems without significant supervision
- Experience working in a team and as an individual contributor
- Comfortable interacting with senior government leaders
- Ability to work effectively remotely in cross-functional teams
- Ability to meet deadlines and produce quality work
- U.S. Citizenship with the ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance
- Experience with the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) preferred
- Experience as a System Administrator, IT Service Manager, Customer Experience Manager, or IT Project Manager preferred
