The successful candidate will handle administrative duties reputed company and accurately while maintaining a high level of organization and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Maintain the commercial mailbox to ensure accurate updating of the New Submission and Outstanding Documents Logs
- Operate system data input for commercial package & automobile transactions
- Order inspections and maintain the inspection log
- Complete confirmations of insurance
- Correct IBC Errors
- Handle mail, filing and scanning
- Operate department phone queue
Skills
- Ability to handle large volume of transactions and to meet defined service levels
- Self-motivated, detail oriented and innovative
- Exceptional phone etiquette with strong communication skills (written & verbal)
- Proficient in reputed company Office products
- Must be flexible with hours of work as required
